His wife Gigi, age 26 is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. She is a graduate of California State University Long Beach with a degree in Psychology. Moreover, she played collegiate basketball at LBSU.

Made His MLB Debut In 2018

Garrett was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 3rd round of the 2016 MLB draft. After signing the contract with the Rockies, he went to the Boise Hawks to spend his first professional season.
