Will Wallace Is Appearing On Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions
Wallace made his Jeopardy debut as a contestant on 22 October 2024. He emerged as a champion on his debut and extended his winning streak for four days.
As a four-day champion, he garnered total winnings of $79,998 before losing to Ian Taylor on his fifth game. Moreover, he booked his spot for Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions, this season.
On the 28 July episode, he will face two more champions: Alison Betts, a writer and creative executive, originally from San Jose, California, and Rishabh Wuppalapati, an undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania.

Wallace is originally from Austin, Texas, United States. He was born William Edmund Wallace on 8 October 1984.
The 40-year-old was raised by his parents Bill Wallace and Sally Wallace. Sally is a DeRidder, Louisiana native and holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
Will is now pursuing a degree in English and Creative Writing at The University of Texas at Austin.
Will Wallace Is A Retired Game Designer
Wallace is a retired game designer, design director, and creative leader with 24 years of industry experience. He worked as a Co-Founder & Director at Violet Crown Interactive until April 2025.
Moreover, he worked at PeopleFun as a Product owner/design director for Wordscapes: Solitaire, a new word/puzzle game in the Wordscapes franchise. He also worked at BossAlien as Creative Director for Star Wars Hunters from inception through the first soft launch.
Will was also associated with Boss Fight Entertainment, where he was a Senior Game Designer on Dungeon Boss, ranked Apple’s 8th best iOS game for 2015. Earlier, he worked as a game designer at BioWare and Sony Online Entertainment.
