The player was born as Mitchell Aaron Starc on 30 January 1990 in Baulkham Hills, New South Wales. His family includes his father Paul, an older brother, Brandon Starc and two sisters, Amanda Starc and Tay Starc. His brother Brandon was a former Olympic high jumper. The cricket prodigy’s career started at the age of 9 when he played for Northern Districts as a wicketkeeper. Some years later, he got the fortune of securing a position at the 2009 Centre of Excellence. He is representing his nation since 2010 where his test debut was against New Zealand on 1 December 2011. Likewise, his ODI debut came against India on 20 October 2010. Two years later, he got the opportunity to make his T20I debut against Pakistan on 7 September 2012.

Apart from that, the IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore bought him in 2014. Two years later, with several injuries, he was ruled out from playing the league. However another IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders paid him a whopping 9.4 crore (Indian Rupees) on 27 January 2018, but again injury ruled him out and was released on 14 November 2018. As if for now, he has a net worth of $13.8 million.

Mitchell’s Wife Is A Cricketer!

Mitchell and his wife, Alyssa Healy, are the most good looking pair for the past three years. The couple got engaged in 2015 and went to exchange wedding vows on 15 April 2016. They initially met at the age of nine where they were both wicketkeepers for Northern District.
