Morgan Brennan is an American journalist, who appears as a co-anchor on CNBC’s Squawk on the Street, live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Before joining CNBC, she worked for the Forbes Media for more than four years.

Morgan was born in 1986 in Brewster, New York, the United States that makes her 34 years of age. She celebrates her birthday on 25 April every year. She was raised in the family of entrepreneurs and has not revealed much about them.

After finishing high school, Brennan went to the New York University. There, she graduated summa cum laude, majoring in social science with a double concentration in anthropology and media studies at the age of 23.

Earlier, Morgan did her intern at Newsweek International for four months until January 2009. There, she  was a fact-checker and wrote several stories for the magazine and website. In June 2009, she joined the Forbes and started working in the video production.

Moreover Brennan worked as an anchor/reporter and producer for the Forbes Video Network, covering a wide range of business and finance topics. She reported and wrote articles for various Forbes platforms including Forbes Magazine, ForbesLife Magazine and Forbes.com. She has interviewed billionaires, heads of state, thought leaders and chief executives of multibillion-dollar corporations.

In December 2013, she joined CNBC as a general assignment reporter based at CNBC Global Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Later, in 2018, she became a co-anchor of Squawk Alley, a technology news from New York.  Recently, in July 2020, she took a position of a co-anchor of Squawk on the Street, covering the New York Stock Exchange.

Married Life; Husband, Children

The 34-year-old is now married to her childhood love Matt Cacciotti. The duo tied the wedding knot on 15 July 2011. Matt worked as an energy trader at the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Besides, he is the founder of their family-run Gold Street Trading, which specializes in futures and derivatives. Morgan and her husband Matt are now the parents of an adorable daughter. They welcomed a daughter on 30 March 2016.
