Jeremy Ray Taylor is an American actor, who earned recognition for his role as Ben Hanscom in the 2017 adaptation of Stephen King‘s 1986 horror novel It. He has appeared in the comedy-drama series James Corden’s Next James Corden.

Jeremy Ray Taylor Parents, Siblings

Jeremy Raymond Taylor was born on 2^nd June 2003 in Bluff City, Tennessee. He is the youngest of six children of Michael Taylor and Tracy Taylor. His mother was a band manager based in Nashville.

Taylor’s family owns and operates Misty River Farms in Bluff City, where he grew up with five siblings. His grandfather owns the farm, which produces organic produce in conjunction with the long-standing Grubbs Farm. One of his brothers Benjamin Taylor is a photographer.

The five foot two inch Jeremy is currently pursuing his school education. He has an interest in acting from an early age and appeared in commercials for Cartoon Network and Disney’s Dreamworks.

Taylor began his acting career from a family sitcom Reed Between the Lines in 2011. Subsequently, he made his movie debut from 42, a biographical sports film about the racial integration of American professional baseball by player Jackie Robinson.

In 2015, he had minor roles on movies Ant-Man, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip, and The History of Us. Jeremy made his acting breakthrough after being cast as Ben Hanscom in the 2017 supernatural horror film It. Furthermore, he appeared in its 2019 sequel It Chapter Two. Similarly, he portrayed the character of Sonny Quinn in the 2018 animated horror movie Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween. Meanwhile, he appeared as Graham Raimi in the Canadian horror series Are You Afraid of the Dark? in 2019.

Besides his acting, Tayler is the co-director at Sling and Stone Films. The production company is making a short movie Unarmed Divide, based on the life and internal battles of an American Vet.
