Amber Denise Theoharis was born on 12 September 1978 in Salisbury, Maryland, the United States that makes her 41 years of age. She is the daughter of Dennis Theoharis and Kris Theoharis. She grew up with a sister named Kelly Theoharis.

Theoharis with a height of 4 feet 11 inches (1.5 meters) attended Middletown High School in Maryland. After graduating in 1996, she enrolled at the University of Maryland in 1997. There, she earned her BA in journalism and political science at age 22 in 2000.

Amber began her media career from WBOC news in Salisbury, Maryland. Moreover, she worked as a sports talk radio host for WJZ-FM, and a sports reporter for WRC-TV in Washington, D.C. Later, in 2007, she joined MASN, where she reported and covered the Baltimore Orioles, as well as the Baltimore Ravens.

Theoharis joined NFL Network in 2012 and started hosting NFL Total Access. Moreover, she appeared on shows 21st & Prime and Thursday Night Football on the network. Furthermore, she works as a host, covering numerous sports events on Fox Sports 1.

Besides her sportscasting work, Amber is involved in the production of films and documentaries. She is the executive producer of the 2020 documentary The Weight of Gold on HBO. Additionally, she now serves as the Vice President of Original Programming at ClickStream Corporation, a software company.

Well, the journalist is currently married to Todd Buchler for more than a decade. The two lovebirds exchanged wedding vows on 15 November 2009. Meanwhile, her husband Todd serves as the Area Business Manager at medical instruments manufacturing and distributing company, Spineology Inc. He is a graduate of Towson University and DeMatha Catholic High School.

Amber and her husband are the parents of three children. They have two daughters; Dylan Mattea (born 3 October 2010) and Kamryn Olivia (born 18 July 2013). Meanwhile, their third child, a son named Tyson was born on 11 August 2015. She now resides with her husband and three children in Los Angeles, California.
