Despite his impressive college and high school stats, Justin Fields has to wait till 2021 to be eligible for the NFL Draft. He should play at least one season at Ohio State before breaking into the professional league.

Justin Fields is a young American football dual-quarterback for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Prior to this collegiate career at Ohio State, he played high school football at Harrison High School.

The 21-years-of-age American football player comes from Atlanta, Georgia, the United States. He was born as Justin Skyler Fields on 5 March 1999. Justin is the son of his parents, Ivant Fields and Gina Tobey. As per wiki sources, his father remarried to Joann Claudrick Fields. From his father’s second marriage, Justin shares a sibling bond with his two younger stepsisters named Jaiden Fields and Jessica Fields.

Justin attended Harrison High School in Kennesaw, Georgia. There, he commenced his amateur football career. Subsequently, on 6 October 2017, Justin committed to the University of Georgia to play college football. Later on 4 January 2019, he announced his intent to transfer to Ohio State.

His High School & College Career: Stats, Injury

In his first two years at Harrison High School, Justin recorded 4,187 passing yards, 41 passing touchdowns, 2,096 rushing yards, and 28 rushing touchdowns. Later in his senior year, he suffered a finger injury that required season-ending surgery.

Eventually, Justin ended his high school career and moved to the University of Georgia to commence his college football career on 6 October 2017. In his 12 games for Georgia, he totaled 328 passing yards, 4 passing touchdowns, 266 rushing yards, and 4 rushing yards.

Justin’s amateur career took another turn when he transferred to Ohio State University on 4 January 2019. Later on 8 February 2019, he was granted immediate eligibility for the 2019 season by the NCAA. He finished his first season at Ohio State with 3,273 passing yards, 41 passing touchdowns, 484 rushing yards, and 10 rushing touchdowns from 14 games.
