Tyler Toffoli is now 28 years by age and was born on 24 April 1992 in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. He is the only son of parents Rob Toffoli and Mandy Toffoli.
His father Rob served as the general manager for the junior ice hockey team, Toronto Jr. Canadiens while Tyler was playing with them. He grew up with two elder sisters named Megan and Courtney Toffoli.
Tyler pursued his high school education at Birchmount Park Collegiate Institute in Toronto, Canada.

His Career; NHL, OHL, AHL
Tyler began his junior hockey career in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). The Ottawa 67’s drafted him seventh overall in the 2008 OHL Draft. He was named to the First All-Rookie Team following his remarkable stats in the first OHL season.
However, the Traktor Chelyabinsk drafted him in the 2010 KHL Draft but chose to stay in the OHL. Afterward, the Los Angeles Kings drafted him 47th overall in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
He also played with the Manchester Monarchs in the American Hockey League before his professional career. On 19 April 2011, he signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Kings.
Tyler scored his first career NHL goal on goaltender Mike Smith in the game against Phoenix Coyotes on 18 March 2013. However, he suffered a left knee injury and missed 19 games in the 2016–17 NHL season.
After playing for seven seasons with the Kings, he was traded to the Vancouver Canucks on 17 February 2020. He played for the 2019-20 season for the Canucks.
Toffoli then joined the Montreal Canadiens in a four-year deal on 12 October 2020. He scored a hat trick against his former team, the Vancouver Canucks on 20 January 2021.

Tyler signed a 4-year contract with the Montreal Canadiens, worth $17,000,000. It includes $17,000,000 guaranteed and an annual average salary of $4,250,000.
