The 25-years-of-age wonderkid was born as Terry William Rozier III on 17 March 1994 in Youngstown, Ohio. He was raised by his parents, Terry Rozier Sr. and Gina Tucker alongside his half-sister, Tre’dasia and a brother.
Terry had a pretty rough childhood as he was mostly deprived of his father’s guidance until the age of five. Terry Sr. was locked up for 8 years when the young one was two months old. He was primarily raised by his mother.
Later when Terry turned five, his father again faced imprisonment for 13 years for his role in the robbery, kidnapping, and involuntary manslaughter case. After that, young Terry and his siblings were raised by their mother and grandmother, Amanda Tucker.
Standing tall at a height of 6 feet and 1 inch (1.85 m), Terry attended Shaker Heights High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio. He graduated from there in 2012 and later moved along with his amateur basketball career to the University of Louisville.
Terry Rozier entered the NBA field as the 16th overall pick of Boston Celtics in the 2015 NBA Draft. Prior to that, he recorded the stats of .408 field-goal percentage, .331 3-point field-goal percentage, and 2.4 assists per game during his two-year-long college career with Louisville.
Terry went along with his rookie season featuring Boston’s D-League affiliate, Maine Red Claws. His first career double-double came in a 105-99 loss against the Philadelphia 76ers on 19 March 2017.

The basketball star got the chance to play in the major league during the 2017-18 season. He recorded his first career triple-double in his first NBA start to script Celtics‘ 103-73 victory over the New York Knicks on 31 January 2018. Two days later, Terry scored a career-high 31 points in his team’s 119-110 win over the Hawks.
He ended his career with Celtics with a trade to the Charlotte Hornets on 6 July 2019.
Back on 27 July 2015, Terry Rozier signed a rookie scale contract with the Boston Celtics. After that, he spanned two years of his professional career in the National Basketball Development League.
The mid-20 player is earned a salary figure of $4,285,798 in the 2019-20 season. Previously, he pocketed $3,050,390 in 2018-19 and $1,988,520 in 2017-18 seasons.
