American artistic gymnast, Simone Biles is the 2016 Olympic individual all-around, vault and floor gold medalist, and balance beam bronze medalist. She is the four-time World all-around champion in the years 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2015.

The gymnast was born Simone Arianne Biles on 14 March 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. His family includes her three siblings named Adria, Ashley, and Tevin including parents, Shanon Biles and Kelvin Clemons. Talking about her education, she changed to home learning from a public school in 2012. Three years later, she completed her graduation in 2015. Simone stands at the height of four feet eight inches (142 cm) and weighs around 47 kg.

The 24-year-old has a net worth of $2 million as a gymnast. She was six years old when she tried the sporting event, and she commenced her junior career on 1 July 2011 at the American Classic in Houston. A year later, she competed at the 2012 U.S. Classic in Chicago.

Her international debut came in March 2013 at the American Cup and FIG World Cup event. Two years later, she took part at the 2015 AT&T American Cup at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and made 62.299 score. She was 4.467 points ahead of second-place finisher U.S. teammate MyKayla Skinner. The athlete in July 2019 competed at the 2019 GK US Classic.

2020 Summer Olympics & More!

The 24-year-old made the US be part of the final during the 2020 Summer Olympics. Likewise, she also had to withdraw from the finals of the individual all-around competition on 28 July 2021 citing mental health concerns. 

Moreover, the continual mental block made her withdrew from the floor final on 31 July 2021. A few days later on 2 August, she made the confirmation on competing in the beam final. The athlete was able to win the bronze medal behind China’s Guan Chenchen and Tang Xijing. 

Who Is Simone Dating?

Besides a great career at such a young age, Simone enjoyed a blissful relationship with Stacey Ervin Jr. The couple dated each other in August 2017 for almost two years.

Her ex-partner works as a director and head coach at the World Champions Centre. The former couple had a French bulldog named Lilo which they adopted. Simone Biles recently got engaged to her NFL player boyfriend, Jonathan Owens. The couple announced their engagement on social media on Tuesday, 15 February 2022.

It was on Valentine’s Day when Jonathan asked his girlfriend to be his partner for life. He picked out a dazzling engagement ring and fell on one knee to propose to his girlfriend amidst a serene venue in Houston, Texas.

The athlete couple started dating in August 2020. They even celebrated their one-year anniversary while Simone was competing in the Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
