Skyy was born to American parents on 10 September 2000. His father is Roger Moore and his mother is Timika Hastie.
The 21-year-old’s parents are no longer together now as they got separated when he was young. He was raised by his single mother Timika in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. Timika runs a restaurant business in Pennsylvania.
Moore is the eldest of three children and has a brother and a sister. His family is proud of his new beginning and was much excited to learn that he had been drafted by the Chiefs.
His NFL Journey
Moore attended Shady Side Academy in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania where he played high school football. Later, he went to Western Michigan University to play college football.
Standing at a height of 5 feet 10 inches, he played as quarterback and defensive back in his initial days. Afterward, he was converted into a wide receiver. He recorded 171 receptions for 2,482 yards and 16 touchdowns in his collegiate career.
Skyy was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2nd round (54th overall selection) of the 2022 NFL draft. Eventually, he made his NFL debut against the Arizona Cardinals on 11 September 2022.
