Paula Faris is an American television journalist, who has been taking the responsibility as an anchor and the correspondent for the ABC News. She now hosts Journeys of Faith with Paula Faris podcast on ABC Radio.

Paula Rose Faris was born on 26 October 1975 to parents Edward Faris and Carol Faris. She grew up along with her family in Jackson, Michigan.

Standing at the height of 5 feet 4 inches (1.63 meters), Faris pursued her high school education at Jackson Christian School. Later, she went to Cedarville University and received her degree in broadcasting at the age of 22 in 1997.

After graduation, Paula held several jobs such as a production assistant at WKEF/WRGT and a weekday sports anchor at WCPO-TV. Similarly, she was a sports reporter and anchor at the NBC affiliate WMAQ-TV from 2005 to 2011.

Faris then joined ABC News as a co-anchor of World News Now and America This Morning in 2012. She served as a weekend co-anchor of Good Morning America from 2014 to 2018. As of now, Paula serves as the Senior National Correspondent at ABC News. Besides, she hosts the popular podcast, Journeys of Faith with Paula Faris on ABC Radio.

Paula is currently married to real estate agent John Krueger. The couple tied the wedding knot on 23 September 2000. John is the sales manager at Marcus & Millichap, the largest national commercial real estate brokerage firm in New York.

Faris and Krueger first met while studying at Cedarville University. They have three children; a daughter Caroline Grace, born in 2007, and two sons JJ, born in 2009 and Landon, born in 2014.  Paula often shares her family moments with her husband and children on Instagram.
