Shannon Noelle DePuy was born on 23 December 1970 to parents Ed DePuy and Marie Norris. Her father was a Leon County Commissioner and her mother was a teacher.

Shannon with a height of 5 feet 7 inches (1.70 meters), received a degree in Business from Liberty University in 1993. Later, she went to the law school at Florida State University, from where she earned a Juris Doctorate at the age of 26 in 1996.

Her Career; Fox News

After graduation, Bream practiced corporate law in Tampa, Florida. She began her television career from CBS affiliate, WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2001. There, she worked as an evening and late-night news reporter for three years.

In 2001, Shannon joined NBC affiliate WRC-TV and took responsibility as a weekend anchor and covered general assignments. Bream met Brit Hume, the then managing editor of the Fox News Channel’s Washington Bureau while working at WRC-TV.

After submitting the audition tapes to Fox News, she was selected by the network in 2004. Shannon joined Fox News as a Washington D.C- based correspondent covering the Supreme Court. Apart from the role of anchor, she is a Chief Legal Correspondent for the network and hosts Livin’ the Bream, a podcast on FOX News Radio.

Shannon and Sheldon exchanged their wedding vows on 30 December 1995. Her husband founded his own company, Bream Speaker Management in April 2018. He currently serves as the principal of the speaking company.

Well, the couple does not have any children. Instead, they are parents of an adorable dog named Jasper.

• Shannon won Miss Virginia in 1990 and competed in the Miss America pageant in 1991. There, she became one of the ten semi-finalists. Similarly, she won Miss Florida USA in 1995 and competed in the Miss USA pageant in 1995, finishing as fourth.
