The player was born on 3 April 1992 as Blake Aubry Swihart in Bedford, Texas to Carla and Arlan Swihart. His other family includes a sister named Kacie Swihart where he also had later half-brother, Jace Swihart who was a US veteran. Jace passed away on 27 February 2019 at the age of 23.
