Kait Parker was born on 22 May 1981 and her age is 39 now. Her parents raised her in Grapevine, Texas, the United States. Her father was a fireman and her mother was a math teacher.
She has a younger brother and a sister named Hailey Parker in the family. Her brother is involved in a military job. Regarding ethnicity, she is of Czechoslovakian descent from her family side.
Parker pursued her high school education in her hometown. After she graduated with a BS in Atmospheric Science from The University of Missouri in May 2009.
Moreover, she earned her Certified Broadcast Meteorologist Seal of Approval from the American Meteorological Society. Regarding her height, she revealed through her Tweet that she is approximately 6 feet tall.
Her Career; Weather Channel
Kait kicked off her journalism career at age 19 as a fill-in anchor at KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri in 2006. Afterward, she served as weekday morning and midday meteorologist for WAKA-TV in Montgomery, Alabama.
She then joined the NBC-affiliated WPTV-TV in West Palm Beach, Florida. Initially, she worked as a weekend meteorologist and took the weekday role.
In 2014, she left WPTV-TV and joined The Weather Channel. There, she hosted America’s Morning Headquarters and also appeared on Good Morning America. She left The Weather Channel in 2016.

Where Is Kait Parker Now?
After leaving The Weather Channel, she joined its digital team and now works on weather.com. Moreover, she launched a new podcast named ‘Warming Signs’ for The Weather Channel in February 2019.
She now runs a podcast that focuses on environmental issues. Moreover, she discusses with distinguished scientists on a different issue each week.
Her Married Life; Husband, Engaged, Baby
The 39-year-old is a married lady now. She has been married to Michael Lowry for more than three years.
Kait and Michael tied a wedding knot in April 2017. The wedding was held in Piazza San Pietro – Vaticano, Roma, Italy in front of their families and friends.
The couple dated for years and got engaged in October 2015. Michael is also an atmospheric scientist with a passion for the climate. He now serves as the Strategic Planner for Federal Emergency Management Agency.
The couple announced that they are expecting their first child on the occasion of their third wedding anniversary in April 2020. They reportedly welcomed a baby girl in July 2020.

Kait’s husband celebrates his birthday on 7 January. She is blessed to call Michael her husband and also believes their little girl to call her papa. He makes their daughter smile and laughs even on the toughest days and his strength is one of the reasons they made it through 2020.
It was not just their three years of marriage, but giving birth to their baby in the times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Kait also believes she could not have dreamed up a better father for their sweet girl and no one make their girl laugh like him. From bloodshot eyes and far too little sleep, her husband still fights to give their girl the absolute best life every day.
