Jaquan was born to parents Mijohni Brisker and Jawann Davis on 20 April 1999. His full name is Jaquan Monte Brisker.
The 23-year-old was raised by his parents in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. His mother Mijohni is a hairstylist by profession.
His maternal grandfather John Brisker played basketball for the-then teams Pittsburgh Pipers, Pittsburgh Condors, and Seattle SuperSonics.

The athlete faced a family tragedy back in 2015 as his brother Tale was shot and killed in Prairie View, Texas, at the age of 19. Jaquan, Shawn, and his late brother Tale all played football at Gateway High School.

Initially, Jaquan played college football at Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Following his freshman season, he transferred to the Pennsylvania State University in 2019.
The 6-foot-1-inch played at Penn State from 2019 to 2021. There, he recorded 153 tackles (86 solo), 9.5 tackles for loss, 5 interceptions, 14 pass breakups, and a fumble recovery, playing in 34 games.
The Chicago Bears drafted him with the 48th overall pick in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He is set to begin his NFL rookie season so far.

Brisker signed a four-year $7.9 million contract with the Bears in July 2022. It includes an annual average salary of $705,000.
