The 23-years-of-age talent was born with the name Florence Rose C.M. Pugh on 3 January 1996 in Oxfordshire, England. She is among the four children of her parents Clinton Pugh and Deborah Pugh. Her father, Clinton, is a 3D designer and restaurateur in Oxford whereas her mother, Deborah, is a dancer and dance teacher, Among her three siblings, she has an actor and musician bother Toby Sebastian, and actress sisters Arabella Gibbins and Rafaela Pugh.

About 5 feet and 3 inches (1.62 meters) tall in height, Florence lived in the Spanish community of Andalusia for part of her childhood. Her first school was located in Sotogrande. Eventually, she displayed her love for accents and comedy at the age of six at Cokethorpe School in Hardwick, Oxfordshire. Later on, she continued her roles at Wychwood School (2007-2009) and at St. Edward’s School, Oxford.
