After meeting on the set of ABC series, the romantic affair between Charlie Weber and Liza Weil got off the ground. But, its officially over and the TV stars are no longer a couple.

Charlie Weber and Liza Weil, who were the co-stars on the drama How to Get Away with Murder, officially ended their relationship.

The 40-year-old actor confirmed the news in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE on 21 February 2019.

Liza and I share an amazing relationship rooted in love and respect. That relationship has found its way back to the great friendship we’ve always had.

We will continue to support each other and will always love working together.

Charlie, who appears as Frank Delfino on the show, started dating actress Liza on the summer of 2016. The former couple, who kept their romance a low key, seldom appeared on the public.

The former couple is mainstays on the ABC show, which has been on the air since 2014. Liza portrays the role of Bonnie Winterbottom on the popular show.

Weber is a divorced man, who got married to Giselle Weber in 2015 and divorced less than a year. They share a daughter from their previous marital relationship.

Same is in the case of Liza as she was married to actor Paul Adelstein with whom she had daughter before their divorce in 2016.
