The 27-years-of-age actress was born as Elizabeth Dean Lail on 25 March 1992 in Williamson County, Texas, the United States. She is the daughter of her parents, Dean Franklin and Kay Lurene Surratt. Elizabeth has an older sister named Kathryn Dean Lail.

Standing tall at a height of 5 feet and 8 inches (1.73 m), Elizabeth was raised in Asheboro, North Carolina. She attended Asheboro High School and graduated in 2010. Subsequently, she enrolled at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and graduated from there in May 2014.

Career In TV And Movies

Elizabeth was fascinated by the entertainment world since her young age. Carrying the immense passion, she worked in student film productions like Model Airplane and Without right after graduating from university. Following that, she moved to New York and landed an audition for ABC’s fantasy drama series Once Upon a Time. Elizabeth appeared as Anna in the fourth season of the series.

Following her success in Once Upon a Time, Elizabeth was cast as Amy Hughes in the supernatural horror series, Dead of Summer in 2017. She also made a guest appearance in series like The Blacklist (2017) and The Good Fight (2018). Elizabeth bagged more recognition for her central role of Guinevere Beck in the psychological thriller television series, You, in 2018.
