Born as Caleb Ray Farley on 2nd November 1998, he is 22 years of age now. He is the son of American parents Robert Farley and Robin Farley.
Caleb was raised by his parents in Hickory, North Carolina. His mother Robin served as Director of Supply Chain Management at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
The athlete has an elder brother named Joshua Farley. Joshua competed in track and field at Appalachian State University.
Farley faced a family tragedy as he lost his mother when he was just 19 years old. His mother Robin died at the age of 53 in 2018 after losing the battle with breast cancer.
Following his mother’s death, his faith in God grew deeper.
His NFL Journey
Farley played high school football as a quarterback at Maiden High School in Maiden, North Carolina. After graduating from high school, he committed to play college football at Virginia Tech.
The 6-foot-2-inch missed his first season due to a torn ACL. He started 23 of his 24 career games at Virginia Tech, recording 56 tackles (43 solos), 19 passes defended, and six interceptions (one returned for a touchdown).
Caleb was selected by the Tennessee Titans with the 22nd overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. However, he was placed on the non-football injury list on 24 July 2021. Later, he was activated off the non-football injury list on 2nd August 2021.
