Goitom is a software engineer hailing from Madison, Wisconsin. He will make his second TV appearance on Jeopardy this season.
As a contestant, he will compete against two more contestants: a returning champion, Scott Riccardi, and Sarah Rubenfeld, an attorney from Houston, Texas. The episode will air on 24 July 2025.
Scott, a mechanical engineer from Somerville, New Jersey, has been unbeatable for the past 15 days. He has amassed total winnings of $430,910.
Senay has been serving as a Software Engineer at Cisco Talos for more than four years. Previously, he worked as an analyst at DNV GL – Energy and DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability. He began his career a researcher at Rothman Healthcare Research in 2009.

Goitom is currently married to his wife Fenaba Rena Addo. The duo exchanged the wedding vows on 1 November 2014 at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery, a science center and events space in Madison.
Fenaba, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. There, she is also an adjunct associate professor of sociology and African, African American, and Diaspora Studies and a faculty affiliate of the Carolina Population Center.
