Jennifer on 20 July 2020 filed a case in New York federal court accused Ed Henry of the sexual allegation. Ed who is also the former long-time Fox reporter and host of America’s Newsroom was fired from the network on 1 July 2020.

According to the New York Times, Ed promised Jennifer for career advancement. Furthermore, the Dailymail reports Jennifer accusing Ed of raping an unemployed FOX employee in a hotel room in 2017. In the same report, the TV personality accused him of forcing her to do oral sex in the New York City offices in September 2015. The final hearings and Ed’s defense is yet to receive by the court.
