As a junior, Falkowska reached the semifinal of the 2018 European Junior Championship with partner Maja Chwalinska. She has a career-high ITF Junior Ranking of no. 90, achieved on 5 February 2018. Internationally, she has won the Polish doubles championship three times; in 2018, 2019, and 2021.
The Polish made her WTA Tour main-draw debut in singles at the 2021 Poland Open where she received entry as a lucky loser. There, she also received a wildcard into the doubles draw with partner Paula Kania-Choduń.
Weronika has won 6 singles and 19 doubles titles at the ITF Circuit. Likewise, she has won two WTA Challenger titles in the doubles event and the most recent one was at the 2023 Copa Bionaire in Columbia with fellow Polish partner Katarzyna Kawa.
