After playing a part in the 2013 short movie titled Ruined, Sunny Suljic appeared in one episode of the police procedural crime drama television series, Criminal Minds, as Young Joe Bachner, in 2014. Eventually, he landed a big-screen breakthrough with the 2015 psychological thriller movie, 1915.  The same here, he appeared in another movie named The Unspoken.

In the meantime, Sunny bagged more recognition appearing as Bob Murphy in the 2017 psychological thriller film, The Killing of a Sacred Deer.
