American golfer Michelle Wie is on cloud nine since officiating her engagement with boyfriend-of-long via her Instagram on Sunday. The ecstatic announcement came after the couple made their relationship public in January.

Jonnie West, who is the son of NBA legend Jerry West, was caught on his knee popping the engagement proposal to Michelle on the latter’s Sunday’s Instagram post. Michelle’s caption of ‘My Person for life’ signified the proposal which appeared to be staged on the Lyon Street Steps in San Francisco.

The five-time LPGA winner formerly made her relationship public with her Golden State Warriors’ staffer boyfriend in January. Michelle expressed the happiness to spend a couple of days with her ‘heart’ in her Insta post on 25 January 2019.

Apart from that, the couple was caught getting cozy with one another in Michelle’s Valentine’s Day Instagram post. What more alluring of her post was the caption which read,

Can’t wait to spend 999 more Valentine Days with you ❤

Major credit for the pairing of the couple should go to golfer Justin Thomas who apparently seems to be the one to introduce them in the first place. While Justin took over his Instagram to congratulate the couple for their recent bonding, Michelle replied him with an idea to start a matchmaking business.

This enticing news appears to do all good for the 29-years-of-age golfer as she just came back from a daunting injury she suffered some two years ago. Meantime, we hope to hear the wedding plans from the freshly engaged couple soon!
