Earlier, Sabina interned at an NBC-affiliated WCAU-TV in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, she was involved in research work and assisted the reports.
She began her journalism career as a bureau reporter for ABC News at her college. She was involved in writing and editing news stories for the broadcast and the web. She then joined Your News Now (YNN), in Albany, New York as a morning reporter in 2009. Later, she was promoted to its Bureau Reporter.
In 2011, she joined WVIT-TV, an NBC owned-and-operated television station in New Britain, Connecticut. There, she worked as an investigative reporter for three years until 2014.
From 2014 to 2020, Kuriakose worked as a general assignment reporter for a Fox-owned WTXF-TV in her hometown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2020, she joined the investigative team of an ABC-affiliated WNTH-TV. She now serves as an investigative and breaking news journalist for the network.
