Bill Carroll, age 59, was born on 29 July 1959 in Scotland. He later grew up in Coatbridge near Glasgow with his family which consisted of his parents and his four siblings. Besides, Bill relocated to Toronto, Canada in the late 1960s and lived in a townhouse in Scarborough.

He completed his education from Stephen Leacock Collegiate Institute. After finishing high school in 1980, Bill started his media career.

Career, Salary

At first, Bill moved to New Liskeard, Ontario, and worked as the morning news anchor and news reporter at the Canadian radio station, CJTT. He had the excellent opportunity to learn about broadcast journalism thanks to his remarkable job at a very young age.

Aside from that, Bill also had a stint as a co-host of MuchMusic’s game show spoof, Test Pattern, before he went to work at Q107 in Toronto.  He served as a host on a famous news program, Barometer. Subsequently, Bill was called to host Global Television’s weekly public affairs show, Focus Ontario in October 2004.

Apart from that, Bill Carroll was announced as the morning host on CFRA’s The Morning Rush with Bill Carroll on 18 February 2016. Till date, Bill is continuously serving on the show since its premiere on 7 March 2016.

Bill summons a massive net worth for his prolonged media career. Reportedly, his net salary as a Canadian radio host is estimated to swirl around $40k.

Bill Carroll is thoroughly enjoying the company of his beautiful wife, Sylvie LaPointe, since walking down the aisle together in July 2003. Sylvie is regularly active in the make-up department and has previously worked on The Random Factor (1995) and SexTV (1998).

Bill has never spoken on how he met Sylvie and how they clicked to carry the rest of their life together. However, we know that the couple parents two children: a son named Killian and a daughter named Magalie.
