Ryan played seven seasons with Dolphins until the team traded him to Tennessee Titans on 15 March 2019. He became the sixth-round selecting player at the 2019 NFL draft.

The Quarterback adores his matrimony with his wife of over seven years named Lauren Tannehill. The pair exchanged wedding vows in early January 2012 in Mexico after having two years of brief relationship. Just three years prior to their nuptials, their initial meeting was in Panama City, Florida in spring-break 2009.

His wife is a former Texas A&M student and was into modeling scene in Houston and Miami. Together the duo shares two children; Steel Ryan (2016) and Stella Ryan Tannehill. The second baby’s arrival was announced by Ryan via his IG on 6 October 2018.
