Katherine Jean Bolduan was born on 28 July 1983 to parents Dr. Jeffrey Bolduan, and Nadine Bolduan. She grew up with three sisters in Goshen, Indiana.

Standing at the height of 5 feet 6 inches (1.68 m), Bolduan attended Goshen High School. Afterward, she went to George Washington University from where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

The couple is the proud parents of two adorable daughters. Their first daughter, Cecelia Eve Gershenson was born on 25 September 2014.
