Lower was born to American parents on 4 April 1989. His birthplace is Akron, Ohio, United States where he spent his early life with his family.
As per wiki, his father is Tim Lower and his mother is Debbie Lower. He had a younger brother named Chris Lower. In 2005, he faced a family tragedy which took the life of his father and younger brother. They died in an accident while they were going to pick up Justin from the golf course.
Lower pursued his high school education at Northwest High School, graduating in 2007. He then went to Malone University as a college athlete and obtained a degree in sports management in 2011.

His Golf Career
Justin won the NAIA Men’s Golf Championship as an amateur in 2010. After turning professional in 2011, he secured his first professional win at the Ohio Open in 2012.
Likewise, he began playing on the Web.com Tour (now Korn Ferry Tour) in 2014. He earned his second Ohio Open title in 2015. He also won the pro-am division of the 2021 Korn Ferry BMW Charity Pro-Am with partner Doug Walker.
Lower earned a PGA Tour card for the first time for the 2021–22 season on the last hole of the Korn Ferry Tour Championship. Since joining the tour, he has played in 82 events which includes a third place finish, three top 5 finishes, and seven top 10 finishes.
