Michael first appeared as a contestant on America’s most popular quiz game show Jeopardy! in its 39th season in 2023. He faced the former returning champion Suresh Krishnan and Marilyn Singer on 12 June.
Although Michael entered the Final Jeopardy round with about $27,000, he lost the game and returned home. Now, he is making his comeback to the show as a Second Chance Tournament contestant on 10 January 2024.
On Wednesday’s episode, Michael will face two more contestants from the 39th season for the spot in the finals of the competition. His challengers will be a Grocery Specialist from Crawfordville, Florida, Roy Camara, and an attorney from Seaside Heights, New Jersey, Denise Carlon.
The winner of today will compete in the two-game finals against two more winners from this week’s competition.

Is Michael Vallely Married or Dating?
Michael prefers to remain tight-lipped when it comes to his relationship whereabouts. There is no news if the 42-year-old is married or dating someone at the moment.
Meanwhile, Michael is active on X where he has shared his personal life details. He is a multiple-time cancer survivor.
Back in April 2022, Michael shared his fight with cancer on his Facebook account. He was first diagnosed with cancer on his shoulder in 2016. Eventually, Michael underwent chemotherapy process several times.
Unfortunately, his cancer returned in 2018 and Michael had to go through a new treatment named CAR-T (Yescarta). Since then, he has improved his immune system and is now recovering well from the terminal illness.
