Antonucci trained a horse named Arcangelo that won the 155th Belmont Stakes on 10 June 2023. Belmont Stakes is a 1½ miles horse race and is the traditional third and final leg of the Triple Crown.
Arcangelo completed the race in 2:29.23 and was 1½ lengths in front of Fotre who finished second and Tapit Trice became third. Eventually, Antonucci became the first female trainer ever to win the race and the first to win a Triple Crown race in its 155 years of history.

In 2010, she earned her public training license and started Bella Inizio Farm focusing on all aspects of Thoroughbreds breed-racing. Her first win was at Tampa Bay Downs on 7 March 2010.
As of now, she is an owner of a horse trainer named Bella Inizio Farm in Florida. Likewise, she also runs HorseOlogy a retirement home for horses after their racing careers.
