Elizabeth was born to her parents on 19 May 2001 in Boca Raton, Florida, United States. Her full name is Elizabeth Hana Mandlik.
The 21-year-old is the daughter of tennis legend Hana Mandlikova. Hana has won four Grand Slam singles titles and one Grand Slam women’s doubles title. She is from Czechoslovakia and later obtained Australian citizenship.
