Another promising teen in the Hollywood industry, Caitlin Carmichael is known for her acting stints on 50 plus movies, short films, and television series. She ringed her professional debut in 2008 and since has received great reception including award nominations.

Caitlin Carmichael, an American actress, is best known for her recurring role of Alma in the American-Irish animated children’s TV series, Doc McStuffins. She joined the series cast in 2012 when the show premiered on 23 March.

Caitlin Carmichael’s Bio: Age, Parents, Height

The 15-years-of-age actress was born as Caitlin Elizabeth Carmichael in 2004, in Tifton, Georgia. She celebrates her birthday on 2nd July every year. Caitlin is the daughter of her American parents, Tom Carmichael and Catherine Carmichael. After staying for some time in Tifton, she moved to California with her family.

About 5 feet and 4 inches (1.63 meters) tall in height, Caitlin soon found her interest in the world of show business. She was fascinated by performing arts and showed much passion in acting and dancing. Her mother, Catherine, enrolled her in dance classes at the age of three. Eventually, she also learned gymnastics.

Since Caitlin was into acting from her young age, she was mostly homeschooled. As soon as she turned 4, her mother started taking her to various auditions.

Her Career: Movies & TV Shows

Caitlin faced the camera for the first time with a significant appearance in a single episode of the series In the Motherhood, in 2008. She showed her acting skills as Sasha in the episode titled Just Shoot Me, Cupid!

Following her acting debut, she made an appearance with a one-episode role in the series Mystery ER in the same year. Eventually, she appeared in a small role in the series Criminal Minds. Later in 2010, she appeared in the series 10 Things I Hate About You, where she impressed the audiences with the role of a young Bianca Stratford.

By 2010, Caitlin was busy auditioning for film roles. Soon, she landed a big-screen break with a role in the 2010 Portuguese-American mystery film, Backlight.  A year later, she appeared as Lucy in the comedy-drama film, Conception.
