Shailene stated that she split with the rugby player after realizing that she was not able to “fully commit” to the relationship.

I was in a relationship with someone and we were very much on the road to marriage and children … [But then] I realised I was still at an age where I wasn’t able to fully commit. I couldn’t be available to him in the way that I wanted to be. I didn’t fully love myself.

There is no news of Ben’s new relationship following the split.

Meanwhile, Woodley is now in a relationship with the Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The duo started dating in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are reportedly engaged now.

Rugby star Ben Volavola, age 30,  was born on 13 January 1991, in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.  He was born to parents of mixed ethnicity. Ben’s father, Dinesh Shankar is of Indian descent, while his mother, Ema Volavola is Fijian. 

Ben relocated to Fiji in his early days and grew up there up until the age of 9. Later in 2000, he moved back to Sydney and lived with his mother and younger brother, Milan Volavola.

Standing at a tall height of 6 feet and 3 inches (1.91 m), Ben Started his schooling at Endeavour Sports High School, Sydney. in 2005. Later in 2009, he moved to Newington College and studied there for a year.

During his high school days, Ben generated a huge interest in playing rugby. When he was at Endeavour Sports High School (2005–2008) and Newington College (2009–2010), he kept himself busy featuring in school-level rugby competitions.

Ben’s exceptional success at the domestic level earned him a fitting place in New South Wales Waratahs squad for the 2013 Super Rugby season. Prior to that, he also represented Australia U20 in the 2011 IRB Junior World Championship.

Following a three-season stint for Waratahs, Ben signed for a New Zealand professional rugby team, Crusaders in 2016. Meanwhile, he also booked his place to feature for Fiji in the Rugby World Cup.

Ben featured for Melbourne Rebels in the 2017 Super League season. Just after a season with the Rebels, Volavola moved to France and joined Bordeaux Begles for the 2017-18 Top 14 season. He later joined another French team Racing 92 in the year 2018.

On 10 May 2020, he signed for Pro D2 side USA Perpignan before the 2020-21 season.
