I will end Islam in Texas so help me God.
The video went viral on the internet, and many Muslim advocacy groups, as well as political leaders and the public, opposed her act.
Following the incident, Gomez’s video was removed, and her Instagram account was also deleted. Previously, in December 2024, Gomez had also demanded the hanging of immigrants who commit violent crimes against Americans.

Gomez was originally born in Medellin, Colombia, in 1999, which adds to her Colombian nationality. She is 26 years old and her birthday falls on the 8th of May every year.
Gomez and her parents, William Gomez and Mary Gomez, immigrated to the United States when she was 10 years old. The family then resides in New Jersey.
Both of her parents are swimmers. She also has two brothers named Jonathan Gomez and Maicoll Gomez.
