As per wiki, she was raised by her parents Rocky Whitworth and Mary Whitworth, in Colorado, United States. Both her parents were school teachers, and her father was a high school football coach.
Rocky was a longtime head football coach at Glenwood Springs High School until 2017. Additionally, she is accompanied by a sister named Kallen Whitworth.

Together, Kayna and her husband are raising two adorable sons. They have two sons named Conway Rock Whitworth (born in 2017) and Wylder Whitworth (born in 2019).
