Gigante with a height of 5 feet 10 inches made his debut at the ITF tour in 2019. A year later, he made his debut on the Challenger level in Bergamo after receiving a wildcard but was defeated in the first round. He was sidelined for six weeks because of injury in 2021.
Moreover, he won his first ITF title in Sharm El-Sheikh in 2022. He also reached the semi-finals on the Challenger tour twice in the same year. In 2023, he won his maiden Challenger title in Tenerife as a lucky loser.
Gigante won his second Challenger title in Cordens in August 2023. There, he defeated Austrian Lukas Neumayer 6–0, 6–2 in the final.
