Harford had a remarkable junior career, winning the 2014 All-American Conference tournament. At the age of 12, she qualified for the Junior PGA Championship which made her the youngest player to qualify from the state of Ohio.

As a collegiate athlete, she played golf at Furman University from 2015 to 2019. As a freshman, she won the 2016 Southern Conference Women’s Golf Freshman of the Year. Additionally, she was named the 2019 Southern Conference Player of the Year as a senior.
