Chicken Francese is an Italian-American dish of flour-dredged, egg-dipped, sautéed chicken cutlets with a lemon-butter and white wine sauce. It is also known as Chicken French or Chicken Rochester.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Prepare!

  1. Cover the chicken with flour, then egg beat, then fry in a large skillet until almost cooked through. Drain on paper toweling.
  2. You have to heat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  3. Mix the wine, broth, parsley, salt and pepper to taste, butter or margarine and lemon juice over medium-low heat in a medium saucepan. When butter or margarine has melted, slowly stir in cornstarch until sauce thickens slightly. After placing the chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish, pour the sauce over all.
  4. Bake the chicken at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the juices run clear.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 1 cup milk buttermilk, almond, or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable canola oil, or melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

How To Prepare!

  1. You have to heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
  2. Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla then mix for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer. Stir in the boiling water last. The batter will be thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
  3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cake tests were done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, and later remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

3. Broccoli Salad

  • 2 heads fresh broccoli
  • 1 red onion

  • ¾ cup raisins
  • ¾ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  1. Put bacon in a deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat until it is evenly brown. Cool and crumble.

After coating the potatoes, transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread out into 1 layer. Afterward, roast in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until browned and crisp.
